QUALITY CLAIM

SIEVERT CLAIM PROCESS

Dear Sievert Partner, if your product is not functioning correctly, please fill out the form below so we can provide you with help as quickly and conveniently as possible.

Please note that we only accept claims on products that have been purchased directly from Sievert. If you are an end-user, we kindly ask you to direct your claim to your point of purchase.

When you have completed the form, you will be provided with an answer within two business days. If your claim is approved, you will be provided with a Quality Claims Number. You will also receive Customer’s login information to your submitted email where you can track the process of your ongoing claim / claims. You can login on this page using the “Customer’s login” button that is located on top of this page on the right side.

 

Important information:

  • Provide us with your contact information (email and phone number) so we can contact you if we need further information regarding your claim.
  • Always provide us with the Quality Claims Number that has been provided to you when contacting us regarding your claim. This will make it easier for us to track down your claim and respond within two business days.
  • If your claim has been approved, Sievert will replace the returned product if the model is available in our assortment. If the current model has been phased out and no longer available, Sievert will replace it with another similar product OR offer a refund.
  • We will ask you to submit 3 pictures: The product, the marking and the issue. The issue can also be submitted in video format. If you can’t find the markings on the specific product, please contact info@sievert.se for help
